Snow Dough

You will need:
2 cups flour
1 cup salt
2 TBS. cream of tartar
2 TBS. oil
2 cups water
opaque glitter


Mix all ingredients in medium saucepan until mixture starts pulling away from the sides.  Let cool.  Create!
